TR Tester
TR Test Machine ET 01-II is a testing machine used to measure low-temperature characteristics based on changes in temperature and retraction, in accordance with ISO 2921 and ASTM D1329.
This TR tester has six testing stations. It automatically performs a test by releasing the specimen from its elongated state, gradually increasing the temperature, continuously measuring the length, and stopping the test once the sample has retracted sufficiently.
The EC 17 Windows software accompanying the TR test machine aids in test setup and shows real-time results. This software allows for viewing and comparing various test outcomes, generating reports with standard-defined results like TR10, TR30, TR50, and TR70. Additionally, results can be exported for use in Excel.
We also recommend the introduction of the ET 01.02 automatic cooling device using liquid nitrogen. The ET 01.02 consists of a cryogenic vessel for storing liquid nitrogen, and special valves and hoses for connecting the vessel to the cryogenic testing device. The 60-liter vessel is made of stainless steel, has less evaporative loss compared to conventional liquid cylinders, and is durable enough to safely withstand harsh operating environments.
